Former Elphaba Alison Luff to Take Over as Miss Honey in Matilda on Broadway

Alison Luff, who most recently could be seen starring as Elphaba in the first national tour of Wicked, will join Broadway’s Matilda on September 6. Luff takes over the role of Miss Honey from Jill Paice.

Luff’s Great White Way credits include Scandalous, Ghost The Musical and Mamma Mia!

The Matilda cast currently features Karen Aldridge as Mrs. Phelps, Matt Harrington as Mr. Wormwood, Lesli Margherita as Mrs. Wormwood, Christopher Sieber as Miss Trunchbull, and the four girls sharing the title role: Tori Feinstein, Eliza Holland Madore, Brooklyn Shuck, and Fina Strazza.
